Body Scuplting
This class is designed to work and sculpt the entire body. Class begins with a 5 minute warm up, various exercises are incorporated to work the different parts of the body from head, shoulders, back, chest, abdomen, lower back, quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, shins, ankles, feet and toes. Clase ends with balancing and stretching elements. Bands, tubing and balls are used in this class. Please bring an 8 or 9 inch ball to class with you.
