Skate Park Sign-Up Procedure

1. Every participant must have a waiver signed and notarized on file in our office.
2. If the participant is over 18 (must show proof of age), they may sign their own waiver.
3. If the participant is under 18, they must have their parent or legal guardian sign the waiver.
4. Once a waiver is signed and notarized for the participant we will issue them a pictured skater id card.
5. This card must be presented to the attendant when entering the Skate Park. It will be returned when leaving the Skate Park.
6. NO CHILD OR ADULT MAY USE OUR FACILITY WITHOUT A PICTURED SKATER ID CARD.
   This is to ensure all skaters have signed the waiver.
7. Any questions the parents or participants have about skate park rules and regulations may be addressed with the Athletic Director. If the Athletic Director is not present, please have them leave a message and the Athletic Director will respond ASAP.
8. If a skater refuses to have a waiver signed or does not have the Skater ID Card, they may not skate in our facility. If they refuse to leave, the police (non-emergency) should be called to assist.
