This camp is designed for all seasoned athletes in Grades 5-8, High School and College. You will be challendged to increase your power, strength, endurance and speed in a 2-hour session concentrating on plyometric and agility drills. Anything goes in this high paced workout! All sessions run Monday through Thursday. Raindate Fridays.
