General Camp Information

CHILDREN OF FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS ONLY

FOR:
Boys and Girls Grades Pre-K - 8 as of September 30, 2011
FULL DAY CAMP ONLY!
Kiddie Camp participants must be 4 years of age by September 30, 2011.
Birth Certificates are required for all first time campers.

PROGRAM:
Campers will participate in a wide range of age appropriate and
developmentally appropriate activities. Special features include:

OPTIONAL CAMP TRIPS –  Trips are geared toward specific age groups
and require an additional fee. Camp balance must be paid in full prior to registering for camp trips. Trip information will be e-mailed to all campers. Space on trips is limited and sign-ups are on a first-come, first-serve basis. There are no refunds on camp trips.

RAINY DAY SITES –  Campers never miss a day no matter what the
forecast! Simply drop your child off at the park. Campers will be bused
to and from their rain sites (various Township schools) and returned to the park for pick-up.

CAMP DATES:
June 27 to August 12, 2011 (Monday - Friday, 7 weeks)
CAMP WILL BE CLOSED ON MONDAY, JULY 4th.

IMPORTANT REMINDER:
The Summer Camp Registration Form, Medical Form, Immunization Form, Code of Conduct and Pick up Authorization Form must be completed for each child. All forms must be completed in order for the registration application to be processed. Both the participant and the parent must sign the Code of Conduct.

Applications received without these completed forms will be returned. All information must be updated each year.
