Registration Procedures
The Recreation Department
anticipates accepting all interested Freehold
Township residents into the Summer Camp program;
however, the final
number of campers is in direct proportion to the
number of qualified staff hired.
Due to the growth of this program the following
procedure will be in effect for
Summer Camp registration.
2011 registration applications and deposits (checks or cash
only) will be accepted on
a first come basis until the program is full. Families
with more than one application should place all forms
with deposits in one envelope.
These may be mailed (Recreation Summer Camp, 1 Municipal Plaza, Freehold, NJ 07728) or brought to Michael J. Tighe Park
(65 Georgia Road) Monday - Friday from 8:30 - 4:30, closed for lunch from 12 to 1:00 p.m.).
A non-refundable $100 deposit (cash or check only) per child is required at registration. This deposit will be credited against the program fee. Early Bird Special - Receive $50 off the price of camp registration fee with balance paid in full by March 31, 2011. During non-business
hours, applications may be dropped in the office mail
slot located outside the Recreation Office door. All registrations and deposits are processed at
the time of registration.
Camp registration deadline is Tuesday, June 15, 2011 at 4:30 p.m.
Bus Transporation deadline is April 15, 2011.
IMPORTANT REMINDER:
Summer Camp Registration Form, Medical Form, Immunization
Form, Pick up Authorization Form and Code of Conduct must be completed for each child. Both the participant and the parent must sign the Code of Conduct.
Applications received without these completed forms will be returned. All information must be updated each year.
