The Freehold Township Water Department will commence hydrant flushing on Monday, March 14, 2011 and will continue through Friday, May 27, 2011. Flushing will be done between the hours of 8:00 am and 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

The flushing may cause the water to become slightly discolored. Running cold water for several minutes should clear up the problem.
