To request copies of records, please submit the following form to the Freehold Township Clerk's Office:

The fees for copies of official documents are as follows:

• The first 1-10 pages will cost $.75 per page.
• The next 11-20 pages will cost $.50 per page.
• The next 21 or more pages will cost $.25 per page.
