Connections to the Water System
If you would like to connect to the public water
system,
the following steps need to be completed:

Contact
the Utility Department on (732) 294-2170 to find out
if water is available to your home. |

If water is available,
you must fill out an application to connect. Applications
are available at the Utility Office in the Municipal
Building, which is located on the corner of Schanck
and Stillwells Corner Roads or by calling (732) 294-2019. |

With your completed
application, you must pay a connection fee of $3,202.00
for existing dwelling (non-developer). For developers,
there is a connection fee of $2,702.00, labor and
material by developer. You will be notified of any
additional costs prior to connecting. |

Once the service
is installed, a shut off valve will be left at the
curb for your plumber to connect into your existing
house plumbing. |
