The Department of Administration carries out the laws and
policies enacted by the Township Committee, and encompasses
the Office of the Administrator and the Office of the Assistant
Administrator. The Administrator directs and coordinates all
departments and serves as the Township Personnel Officer.
The Assistant Administrator assists the Administrator with
the daily functioning of the Township, runs the Buildings
and Grounds Department, and approves all municipal purchases.
By ordinance, the Administrator is responsible to the Township
Committee for the day to day operations of the entire organization.
Finally, the preparation and implementation of the municipal
budget is coordinated through the Department of Administration.
