How are Township Officials Notified of National and/or
Local Threats?

Law enforcement officials are continually briefed by County, State and Federal agencies and maintain a 24-hour connection for warnings and alerts. The Health Department is on call 24/7 along with the County and State health departments. In addition, a link to State and County Public Health Officials is maintained and routinely monitored seven days a week for public health alerts and warnings.
